Website inquiries: the homepage contact form asks for your email address. The trip-planning form collects the details you provide, such as contact information, country or region, travel month, group size, destinations and travel requirements. Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry.
Conversations: when you contact us by email, online chat or social channels, we receive the messages and any files or contact details you choose to send. We keep the communications needed to respond and follow up.
Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, to deliver the website and prevent abuse.

2. How we use information
We use your information to reply to inquiries, plan and quote for trips, coordinate confirmed arrangements, communicate with you and protect the website from misuse. AI tools may assist with organising inquiry details and follow-up records. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a booking.
Leaving your email address for an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.

3. Service providers and sharing
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security verification and submission records, and Notion for inquiry and customer follow-up records, including AI-assisted organisation. These providers may process information outside your country, including outside China.
When you accept online support in Cookie Settings, SaleSmartly loads to provide customer support. It may process your messages, contact details you choose to share, the page you are visiting and technical information about your browser or device. The website does not automatically send inquiry form fields to the chat service. SaleSmartly may process information outside your country; its privacy policy is available at https://www.salesmartly.com/html/app/privacy_en.html.
Where needed to arrange your trip, relevant information may be shared with accommodation, transport, guide and activity providers. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy covers how we handle information, not everything those providers do independently. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility for information we handle. Where a particular use or cross-border transfer requires additional notice or consent, we will address that separately; visiting this website is not treated as blanket consent.

4. Sensitive and payment information
Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents, full payment-card details or detailed health information through the website inquiry form or online chat. The website does not process payments or request card numbers.
If a later booking requires additional information, we will explain what is needed, why it is needed and how to provide it. Before providing someone else's information, make sure they know and have given any necessary permission. A parent or guardian should provide information needed for a child travelling with you.
Children may travel with their families, but inquiries and booking arrangements for them should be handled by a parent or guardian. If a child has sent information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted website connections and access restrictions. No electronic system can be completely secure.
If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will assess the impact and take appropriate remedial steps, including notifying affected people and relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

We may need limited information to verify your identity and locate your records. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request in full. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

SaleSmartly loads only after you accept online support in Cookie Settings. Once loaded, it may use cookies or local storage to maintain your chat session and process visit information. We remember your acceptance or rejection for up to 180 days. After rejecting, use Contact support to reconsider; after accepting, use Cookie Settings in this privacy policy to change your choice. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop active chat connections and prevents loading on subsequent visits. It does not automatically delete messages already sent to the service; contact us for deletion requests. You can browse and use our inquiry form without accepting. Any optional marketing tracking we introduce will be explained with the applicable choices before use.
